The fertility of the earth in this system is considered the key to good production. It works with the natural properties of plants, animals and the land and where the organic producers are looking for quality in all aspects.
Organic products contribute to the conservation and improvement of natural resources and of the environment, slowing down global climate changes and taking care of the health of consumers and producers by eliminating risks which are caused by the application of agrochemicals. Organic farming has also allowed organizing small producers, to develop themselves and to create their technical assistance teams, training, processing, marketing and financing.
