Quality Policy The following quality policies
were developed in order to fulfill each of our objectives:
• Qualified personnel
carry out all the activities of the Quality System of the organization.
• All the members of the personnel know
CERTIMEX’s objectives and respective quality policy and they
participate actively in its implementation and improvement.
• The communication
within and between the levels of the company has been optimized.
• The personnel of the company receive constant
training, which guarantees qualification and competence.
• The responsibility of each person in
the organization is clearly defined in order to avoid overlapping
of responsibilities.
• The Executive Director has the ultimate responsibility of the
management of the organization’s quality,
and he is also responsible for the integral functioning of the company.
He counts on the collaboration of the Head of Quality Control.
• The management of the quality is based on continuing
revision and improvement of the procedures and the documentation.
• The client receives all the relevant
information about the certification system and a transparent, mutual
relationship is established from the beginning.
• There is an intensive co-operation
with national and international authorities.
• Also small producers will be able to realize activities on the
market of ecological production through this certification
system.
• There is an exchange of experiences
between national and international certification bodies.
