a) A supplier with an up to date certification contract; who complies with the technical standards; who fulfils satisfactory the requirements previous to the inspection; with satisfactory regular inspections and unannounced inspections; who fulfils the conditions and time periods and who has a normal financial situation with CERTIMEX, can receive the CERTIMEX certification.

b) A supplier who fulfils the conditions and requirements to improve, complement and/or modify what the control and certification process of the respective organizations and CERTIMEX requires can normally maintain or renew the CERTIMEX certification.

c) The extension or limitation of the CERTIMEX certification is based on the supplier fulfilling the technical requirements and procedures (technical standards of the production and the Quality Manual). CERTIMEX determines the limitation or extension of the certification according to the items and/or types of products that are the object of the certification, the expertise of the production methods and techniques from the supplier.

d) A supplier who does not comply with sub- paragraph (a) and (b) normally gets a partial or total refusal, suspension or withdrawal of the certification. The supplier can recuperate the certification, when the conditions, sanctions and time periods that were imposed by the certification personnel are fulfilled.
